2. General

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide this website and our services, in accordance with the GDPR and the German BDSG.

3. Server log files

When you visit the website, technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer, browser and operating system) is stored in server log files. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, stable operation). Log files are deleted after 14 days at the latest unless needed to investigate security incidents.

4. Contact form, email, phone & WhatsApp

When you contact us we process your details (name, email, phone, requested service, start date, message, IP address and time) to handle your enquiry. Form enquiries are sent to us by email and stored as a text file on our server. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data is deleted once the enquiry has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply. When contacting us via WhatsApp, the privacy policy of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. also applies.

5. Cookies

This website only uses technically necessary cookies (session and CSRF protection). No tracking or analytics take place.

6. External fonts

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts for consistent display. Your IP address is transmitted to Google (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

7. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” and the lock icon in your browser.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. the data protection authority of North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW).

9. Video surveillance on site

The storage site is under video surveillance to protect our tenants’ property (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Recordings are kept only as long as necessary to investigate incidents.
